  The
Management Option emphasizes preparation for a wide variety
of positions by focusing on the functions of management and
the skills and competencies needed to succeed.
As jobs change and organizations restructure, the function and
contribution of management will continue to grow. The courses
provide knowledge and experiences which enable men and women
to function in decision-making situations.
This option awards the Associate
